Educating his clients through to motivating them to remain focused, Justin McMillan BEc, Adv Dip FS (FP) is his client’s essential money mentor and coach.
By sharing his expert knowledge with energy and passion, Justin challenges his clients to find their true purpose and then bring it to life. He helps them navigate through the financial complexities that prevent most people from living their ideal lives by breaking up the overwhelming into bitesized achievable steps.
Justin has been advising clients for the last decade, which has included time with international accountants, PKF, Genesys Wealth Advisers and for the past five years as the principal at Smartwealth. Smartwealth was born as a reaction to industry clouded by kickbacks and greed to provide integrity and transparency.
Justin, studied Economics at Murdoch University, also holds an Advanced Diploma in Financial Services (majoring in Financial Planning), continues to participate in ongoing education and has knowledge and experience in cash flow management, taxation, superannuation, property and direct shares. The motivation for Justin to start his own business was and still remains “to take control of my personal earning capacity and financial destiny, while choosing the amount of time outside of work”.
This desire for work/life balance enables Justin to be available after school as the coach of his children’s sporting sides as well as being there for his children’s education milestones. Justin also remains active in the community by playing local football and cricket.
